Restart OS without turning of computer

1. Hit ctrl, alt, delete at the same time on your keyboard. 2. Go to the processes tab and look for explorer.exe. 3. Select this process and hit the "end process" button. 4. Go to file, select "new process". 5. Type in "explorer.exe". 6. Never lose data again, if your pc stops responding!
Same again, snippet I found online, I take no responsibility but there isn't much risk I don't think

For more things to add: I have done this many times before and know; Close all programs before doing this action. Win 95, 98 & 98 SE, CANNOT handle this action. It will automaticly run "explorer.exe" by itself but it can cause SERIUS errors on these windows versions. Windows ME, NT, 2000, and higher are all safe to perform this action.
Oh, and by the way BPL, (even though stated its not yours.) this is a d*** good hack for people wishing to free virtual memory. (AKA this is a good hack for when those people forget to put an END on their program)
